When I was around 15 years old my literature teacher told me that it is not enough to have a mass of creative magma to give birth to good art, it is important yes but you first have to cool it down and start shaping it to better form. I am walking my 36th year on this craving planet and I met so many people with Ideas on how to profit from something artistic that I will not hazard describing them having fear of running out of Megabytes in this limited place.
In short it seems to me that what we miss is not Ideas but rather what sort of outcome should this ideas bring about.
What do You want to change?
The Machine needs profit to run. Profit has many meanings and applies to many fields. Growth is not always economical as Machine wants you to believe, progress is never the easy walk. You can understand why we get crippled each time we create something out of the boundaries and it is self evident that if You start listen to the voice outside the self (self is what you really care for) You might end up making Machine very happy and You very very stupid.
I came up in this low placed land for love, Machine did not like that, actually She tried everything to stop me throwing at me doubts, fears and costs. Obviously I did not listen.
I remember my tears and the sound they made, my depressions, my delusions and now after many years I think I can say I mastered a good piece of my magma and I made it form.
When I thought of Have Phön it was because I felt important to share some of this knowledge in the hope someone could use it to make the night scene of this city a bit better, less boring and most of all diverse.
We could argue for ages on music taste that is for sure but keep in mind that uniformity is Machine’s way and that I can assure You all that in this time I saw youth being dumbed down, distracted and escaping in some cases, in others, just devoting themselves to Machine’s plans.
What am I trying to point out here is that we can’t continue to flat down everything we feel just for the sake of safe economical profit, sure growth and easy life.
Youth needs stimulating places, sense of fun and most of all creativity.
Freedom of expression is not about who wins, instead it is about courage, daring to step out the mass and say it as it is, even risking to loose.
I noticed the behavior of many who tried to “help”, when Machine came with her money promises they all turned their back from art and started their career in the hope of finding themselves on the way.
Ask yourself than if this world is really doing great or not as I do, check around and if you still got your own viewpoint tell me if, by doing all the same thing, we will ever achieve creative harmony.

daar zijn we weer!
Op 3 Feb. is weer feest!
Ik weet niet jullie maar wij wachten al met spanning op bloeiende boompjes en zingende vogeltjes! De Bij heeft er zin in en wij ook!

Zijn set is zeer breed dus bereid je vast om een heerlijke uur van 45 rpm platen, van oud tot nieuw, van Funk tot electro, jaren ”60 ”70 ”80 en wie weet wat nog meer! Daarna Monom3 en The Social Fentom zullen weer het HPM stijl laten horen. Sur3 is deze keer met Twism weer bij! We zijn er blij om aangezien dat ze deze keer geen Jacuzzi om 5 uur in de ochtend moet, bij een rijke klant, bezorgt worden. Lekker losgaan dus met hun videos.
